He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley Opulskas and Irene Opulskas; and his sister Sandra Gorsuch. He is survived by: his children, Michael Opulskas II (Amanda) and Jaime Opulskas (Jeffrey Gunkel); his grandchildren, Gabriella Opulskas, Ava Erity, Adrian Allen, Tiffany Turner and Emerson Gunkel; and his siblings, Chris Babiuch and Debbie Little (Bob).
