He is survived by: his parents, Matthew J. Haycox and Darcy Haycox (Beilman); his wife Leeza; his children, Kaydence, Serenity and Matthew Haycox; and his siblings, Allen, Cody Haycox, Ann Aaron and Leah Wilson.
