She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Damico and Josephine Damico; her husband Robert "Bob" Polfus; her daughter Susan; and her siblings, Philip T. Damico and Virginia.
She is survived by: her children, Richard Polfus, Cheryl Dorsey, Cynthia Beck (Barry) and Robert Polfus Jr.; and her grandchildren, Kimberly, Ryan, Richard Jr. and Tyler. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to St. Bernard Catholic Church, 555 E. Delaware Ave., Benton Harbor, MI 49022.
