He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Charlie Howell and Josephine Howell (Little); his wife Joyce (Brooks); his children, Kathy Dew (John), David (Shelly) and Tom (Sheila); and his grandchildren, Lindsey, Cullen, Calen Howell, Carly Briggs (Sean), Aleah, Josie and Jackson Dew.
