She was predeceased by: her parents, Jimmie Smith and Ethel Fulton (Leslie); her children, Ronnie Smith, Carmel Brown, Wanda Brown and Debbie Brown; and her siblings, Robert Taylor, Freddie Smith, Christine Cooper, Beatrice Smith, Perry Smith and Bertha Oliver.
She is survived by: her children, Brenda Dockins of Kalamazoo, Grace Anderson of West Memphis, Stanley Brown of Benton Harbor, Melanie Brown of Benton Harbor and Malry Brown III (Slorasha Bess) of Benton Harbor; and her sister Mary Leslie of Benton Harbor. She is also survived by 22 grandchildren; 64 great-grandchildren; 23 great-great-grandchildren.
