We are sad to announce that on April 16, 2024, at the age of 86, Jerry Orlaske of Benton Harbor, Michigan passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As Jerry departs from this earthly realm, his essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Jerry may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Jerry leaves behind.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Theodore Orlaske and Wilma Munjoy Orlaske; his daughters, Theresa (Brian Rich) and Cynthia (Jason Churchill); his grandchildren, Zachary and Dr. Alyson Rich; his son Rob (Bonnie Babor); and his wife Carol.
His favorite event of the year was Christmas gift day when qualifying parents/grandparents/guardians would come in and select Christmas gifts from among the donated toys, books, and games.
