He is survived by: his parents, Constance Ellis and James Ray Jr.; his siblings, Teon, Rayshay, William, Yolanda, Leroy, Sharee, Karnette, Tarnell and Milton; his close friend Nicole; his children, Ra'aya, Ja'Quez, Austin, Noel, Khimiyah and An'Terius; his grandchildren, Ryleigh, Amiyah, Amorè, Skye and Zohra; and his friend Sharonda. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins.
