He is survived by: his wife Janice Saurbier; his children, Susan Miller (John) of Conklin, MI, Denise Lampe (Scott) of Grand Rapids, David Jaclyn, Agostino of Henderson, NV and Dan D'Agostino of Benton Harbor; his granddaughters, Alexis Lampe and Brianna Lampe-Sedgwick (Rachel); his brother John D'Agostino (Vivian) of Chicago; and his sister-in-law Connie Dagne of Ohio, IL. He is also survived by numerous nieces & nephews.
