He was predeceased by : his wife Rose Smysor (Smysor); his parents, Willie Lee and Madie B (Thompson); his siblings, Ralph and Polly Anna Fossie; and his grandparents, William and Josephine Little (Robinson).

He is survived by : his niece Alexis; his friend Terry; his nieces, Suzanne Little and Lynn; his friend Jan; his siblings, Alexandre (Michelle), Marsha Fowler, Georgia Jolivay, Gloria, Madiejolena Little, Tim, Riley and Joenathan Little; and his nephew Derek Fossie. He is also survived by his family and friends.
