He is survived by: his father Otis Sistrunk; his children, Azaria Sistrunk of Indiana, Robin and Randy Windmon of Florida; his brothers, Jeffery Sistrunk (Barbara) and Dennis Fells (Laquita Crowder) of Benton Harbor; his half-siblings, Otis Jr. of Virginia, Tim Ford (Rikal) of Texas and Tessa Gregory (Melvin) of Virginia; his stepsister Patricia Jackson of Georgia; his granddaughter Sanii Shields; and his nieces and nephews, Tiffany Winston, Kistra Fells, Jennifer Callahan, Deonta Phillips, Dontrell Fells, Tiffany South, Damarious Woods and Dennis Fells Jr.. He is also survived by great-nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
