He was predeceased by: his parents, Gustav Wesner and Dorothy Wesner (Stefan); his siblings, Arden Wesner (Betty) and Richard Wesner (Irene); and his siblings-in-law, Don Jewell, Burton Jewell (Virginia), Pete Jewell (Elsie) and Maxine Amundson (James).
He is survived by: his wife Shirley; his children, Luann Sandmire (Terry) of Eau Claire and Kevin Wesner of Osceola, IN; his friend Mick Vignati; his grandchildren, Lauren Sandmire (Alec McGuire), Ryan Sandmire, Hayden McGuire, Emma McGuire and Oakley McGuire; his brother Jim Wesner (Janet); and his siblings-in-law, Forrest "Nick" Jewell (Arlice), Lorraine Peppel (Gustave) and Janice Jewell.
