She was predeceased by: her parents, James Turner and Dicie Turner (Rowden); her former husband Johnnie Bell; her husband Peter Kelley; her son-in-law Isaac Williams; her grandchildren, Richard Perry, Demarius Hampton and Tequilla Penn; her sisters, Rosie Meridy and Johnnie Turner; her brother-in-law John McCoy; and her godson Rev. Rodney Lott.
She is survived by: her children, Rose Bell-Williams, Larry Bell (Rashonda), Emma Bell-Penn, Angelique Bell, Alexis Bell and Darcell Bell-Hampton (Donald); her sister Anna McCoy; and her close friend Queen Harris. She is also survived by 21 grandchildren, 42 great-grandchildren, 3 great-great-grandchildren.
