She was predeceased by : her parents, Paul Jackson and Opal Jackson (Quertermous); and her sister Jean Ellis (Pee Wee). She is survived by : her husband Wayne Tipton; her son Tony Tipton (Tiffany); her grandsons, Casey Tipton (Izzy) and Hunter Tipton; her great grandchildren, Landon and Sidaley Tipton; and her sister Fay Mott (Charlie).

Memorial contributions in Debbie's name may be made to the Cleveland Heart Clinic.
