He was predeceased by: his parents, Enoch Hawkins and Elizabeth Hawkins; his wife Fannie Hawkins; his daughter-in-law Doris Hawkins; and his great grandchild Donavan Tyler Hawkins.
He is survived by: his children, Charles Hawkins of Chillicothe, OH, Randy Hawkins of Elizabethtown, KY., Margie Lodge (Jeff) of Lake Ann, Mich and Theresa Becker Jr. (Joe) of Covert, MI. He is also survived by eight grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren, two great-great-grandchildren and Sophie, his 17-year-old cat.
It was Arthur's wish that if friends so desired memorial contributions could be made to America's VetDogs, a charity providing Veterans with service dogs.
