She was predeceased by : her parents, Elbert Byford, Sr. and Elizabeth "Lizzie" Byford; her aunt Annie Mae; her brothers, Porter Hawthorne, Sr. and Elbert Byford, Jr.; and her grandson Dominique N. Williams.
She is survived by : her uncle Johnnie Lee Adams; her grandson Ta'Khiry Lynch; her cousins, Margaret Adams, Alfreda Williams and Albert Adams; her children, Pamela Barnes of Winter Haven, FL, Daphine Littleton, Cheryl "Niecy" Autry, Michelle Williams, Torrie Williams of Benton Harbor, MI and Reginald Williams of Monona, WI; her siblings, Jenetta Cawthorne of Mobile, AL, Barbara Thompson (Edward) of Mobile, AL and Hollis Byford of Mobile, AL; and her sister-in-law Callie Byford of Pittsburgh, PA.. She is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins.
