He is also survived by 7 grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren.
In addition to his parents, David is preceded in death by Floyd Van Horn, Larry Van Horn, Frank Van Horn, Jerry Van Horn, Roy Van Horn, Juanita Parkinson, Amelia Arthur, Iva Yankee and Eli Van Horn.
