She is survived by: her husband Alan Harkrader; her daughter Rebecca Witzel (Amy); her stepdaughter Kathleen Levely (Enson); her grandchildren, Ayla, Hudson, Allison and Caila; and her siblings, Anita Green, Susan Schaefer (Charles), Brenda Eddy (Norman), Brian Smith (Hope), John Smith (LeAnn) and Kevan Smith (Wanda). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and great-grandchildren.
