He was predeceased by: his parents, John Mattson and Verna Mattson; his daughter Tamara Lee Huisman; and his sister Diana Johnson. He is survived by: his wife Sharon; his children, Jeffrey John Mattson (Alice), Deborah Renee Mattson, Gregory Wayne Mattson (Vonda) and Gerald Peter Huisman (Linda); his grandchildren, Brennan Huisman (Maggie), Brittany Huisman, Nathan Huisman (Laura), Devon Huisman (Heather), Cameron Huisman (Kristina), Christian Huisman, Leah Bradley, John Mattson (Jerika), Layna Polansky (William), Josie Baribeau (Robert), Rebekah Peycke (John), Wayne Mattson (Robyn), Amalia Mattson and Seth Mattson; his sister Donna Mattson; and his nephew Rick (Debbie). He is also survived by his family, his friends.
