We are sad to announce that on May 4, 2019, at the age of 83, Ursa Y. Ainsworth (Belmont, Michigan) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Kenneth L. Ainsworth; her daughter-in-law Helen; and her siblings, Virginia, Wilma, Lowell, Frank and Glenn.
She is survived by: her children, Sally Bouwens (Charles), Judy Lubbers (Mike), Kim Ainsworth, Vicky Snyder (Steve), Kurt Ainsworth (Evangeline "Vange") and Kevin Ainsworth; her grandchildren, Chris Bouwens (Juhls), Aaron Bouwens, Ericka Risko (Dave), Kayla Reynolds (Luke), Pike Ainsworth, Rhett Ainsworth, Amanda Paasch, Holli Huyser (Paul), Meghan Ainsworth, Blake Ainsworth and Garrett Ainsworth; her brother Russell Perry; her sister-in-law Linda Ardema (Carroll); and her cousin Mary LeMaire. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
