He is survived by: his wife Terrie Lynn Conway; his children, Kimberly Crawford, Michael Salinas (Teresa), Joshua Salinas (Kimberly), Joseph Salinas and Zachary Salinas (Cassidy); his grandchildren, Noah Crawford, Zoe Crawford, Quintin Conway, Everett Conway and Jaxon Salinas; his siblings, Bob Conway (Judy), Jim Conway, Robin D'Angelo, Donald Conway (Darla), Kay Bickford and Doug Metivier; and his friend Thor. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
