He was predeceased by: his wife Patricia Bush; his parents, John Bush and Josephine Bush; his siblings, Jozef Bush, Helen Wonak (Chester), Jean Bush, Chester Bush and John Bush (Marge); his son-in-law Steven Steiner; and his grandson Matthew Keeling.
He is survived by: his children, Michael Bush (Ruth), Joanne Steiner, Martin Bush, Jerry Bush (Mary), Diane Ives (Fred) and Larry Bush (Lisa); and his brother Edward Bush (Rosalie). He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the American Alzheimer's Association.
