He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Shirley Oele of Belmont, MI.; his sons, Jeffrey (Brenda Benham), David and Bob; his grandchildren, Michael (Tania), Katie (Gleb), Brittany (Mike), Blake (Lauren), Ian (Megan), Raegan (Kellen), Sean (Lydia) and Jadon; and his siblings, Dick Flikkema (Fran), Menco Flikkema (Jannie), Klaas Flikkema Hans (Trijn) and Johanna Kloosterhof (Klaas). He was also cherished by his children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
