She was predeceased by: her father Joseph Douglas Cebelak; her brother Joseph Douglas Cebelak Jr.; and her grandparents, Robert Cebelak, Violet Cebelak, Charles Gilley and Maxine Gilley.
She is survived by: her husband Josh Zylstra; her mother Terri Cebelak; and her siblings, Michael Cebelak (Melanie), Robert Cebelak (Brenda), Doug Lezman (Missi) and Patrick Cebelak (Joanne). She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
