She was predeceased by: her daughter Marcia; her granddaughter Teresa; her parents, Aldert Venhuizen and Ann Venhuizen; and her siblings, Sam (Joyce), Ken Venhuizen, Alicia Newville and Doug Hoffman.
She is survived by: her children, Cindy Schloesser (Don), Judy Shear (Jim), Phil Veenstra (Melissa) and Dawn Krieger (Eric); her brother Ron Venhuizen (Lin); and her siblings-in-law, Bette Venhuizen and Chuck Syren (Judy). She is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren.
Memorial contributions may be made to Unity Reformed Church or Quality Care Hospice.
