He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Ceibert, Kathleen Toney, L. D., Irene Peck and Johnny MacK Arrington; and his uncles, Beauford Toney and Michael Toney.
He is survived by: his parents, Carl T. Toney and Sharon K. Toney (Peck) of Marshall, MI; his wife Mandy L. Toney (Arrington); his daughters, McKenna, Kenna Kaye, McKayla, Kayla Rie, MacKenzie and Kenzer; his sister Melinda Holbrook (Adam); his nephew Addison Holbrook; his niece Ashlynn Holbrook; his children, Thomas Mason, Jayna Morris, Madison McClain, Harley Pritchard, Rylie Powell, Karley King, Kourtney King and Karter King; his brothers, Tony Travis (Jessica) and Joe Dow (Tiffany); his close friends, Brianna Novak (Jeff), Jason Clemmens (Jeanette), Jason Huggett (Lisa) and Chris Hazen (Melissa Eich); and his cousins, Arrington, McKiddie and Byrens. He is also survived by his children, wife, and fur babies.
