It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sarah McDermid of Bellevue, Michigan, who passed away on November 17, 2021, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Sarah McDermid to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, J. C. Olmstead and Lucie Olmstead (Hamilton); her husband David McDermid; and her siblings, Everett Olmstead, Elizabeth Simon, Edna Spaulding and Helen Jenkins.
She is survived by: her children, Jerold McDermid (Ann) of Angola, IN and Susan Swanger (Terry) of Bellevue, MI; her grandchildren, Megan Young (Kory), Allison McDermid, David Swanger and Steven Swanger; her great grandchildren, Peyton Swanger and Bradley Young; and her sisters, Ilene McDonald (Urban), Alice Palatas (Michael) and Sue Wing (Paul).
