We bid farewell to Ronald Leon Petty of Bellevue, Michigan, born in Battle Creek, Michigan, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on September 11, 2024 at the age of 81. Ronald Leon touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Petty and Sylvia "June" Petty (Hurley); and his brother Walter Petty. He is survived by: his wife Sondra Lee Madry; his children, Joyce Wesner of Augusta, MI, Jerry Petty-Hammond (Krista) of Battle Creek, Cathy Pierce of Jackson, MI, Chad Petty of Grand Rapids, Ty Petty of Dallas, TX and Keith Petty (Lindsey) of Graham, WA; and his siblings, Rev. Eric Petty of New Port, Vernon Petty (Julie) of Akron, OH and Charlotte Bell (John) of Davison, MI. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren; five great-grandchildren.
