He was predeceased by: his parents, George Dixon and Henrietta Dixon (Inwood); his former wife Frances Dixon; and his half-brother Charles Raymond. He is survived by: his wife Ione Kosbab-Dixon; his children, Marie Dixon, David Dixon (Joy), Carol McGavin (Doug), Charles Dixon, Elizabeth Ritchie (Rick) and Andrew Dixon (Sabrina); his stepdaughters, Carol Ritchie and Anne Dixon; and his sister-in-law Kris Meyer. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; six great-grandchildren.
Memorials are suggested to St. Thomas Episcopal Church or to the Barbershop Harmony Foundation.
