He was predeceased by: his parent Janice Place (Masters). He is survived by: his wife Lorri J. Place (Brott); his children, Serena Kyles and Nick Place; his grandson Tyvin Kyles; and his siblings, Kent Place (Sherri), Karen Thorne (Matt), Karla Canfield (Greg), Kyle Place (Sandy) and Kelley Place (Mary). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Memorial donations may be made to the Olivet Athletic Program on behalf of his grandson, 255 1st Street, Olivet, MI 49076.
