Jay Virgil Thorndyke Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jay Virgil Thorndyke of Bellevue, Michigan, who passed away on December 15, 2021, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Virgil Thorndyke and Joan Thorndyke (DeVine); his parents-in-law, Robert and Edna Spaulding; his siblings, John Thorndyke and Jill Jacox; his siblings-in-law, Gary Chapman and Linda Clark; and his nephew Brian West.
He is survived by: his brother Excavating; his wife Jean; his children, Casey Link of Battle Creek and Angie Bracy (Faron) of Charlotte; his grandchildren, Andrew Link, Sara Link and Aryana Bracy; his siblings, JoAnn Chapman, Jim Thorndyke (Donna), Jaci Thorndyke of Olivet and Jed Thorndyke (Sonia) of Olivet; and his siblings-in-law, Kay Thorndyke of Olivet, Larry Spaulding of Bellevue and Ron Clark of Ceresco. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Oaklawn Hospice in honor of Jay.
