Rugg; her children, David Rugg (Rhonda) of Battle Creek and Kathy Flint (Jeff Scarbrough) of Bellevue; her grandchildren, Stephanie VanHoose (Chris), Jennifer Shultz, Mitchell Rugg (Robin) and Krystal Flint; and her great grandchildren, Monea Rugg, Reece VanHoose, Nadia VanHoose, Isaac Shultz, Eli Shultz, Milania Westerman, Easton Rugg, Rylen Rugg and Scarlett Owen.
