He was predeceased by: his parents, Max Mingus and Betty Mingus; his brothers, Jeff Mingus and Gary Mingus; and his brother-in-law Gordon Clemons.
He is survived by: his wife Vickie; his brother Tim Mingus; his daughter Marnee Gutierrez (Darin); his grandchildren, Adam and Conner; his great grandchildren, Savanah and Leon; his parent-in-law Jim Clemons; his sisters-in-law, Val Tuttle (Chuck) and Valeta Norris (Doug); and also Duretha Clemons. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, friends.
