He was predeceased by: his parents, Doris Otto (Augustine) and Sidney Otto; his wife Joyce Otto; his sons, Gary, Donald and Steven Otto; his grandson Quinton Otto; and his siblings, Charles, Richard Otto and May Lou Vogt.
He is survived by: his son Michael Otto (Mary). He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 23 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Bellevue United Methodist Church in memory of Bernard.
