She is survived by: her children, Martin Hamlett (Regina), Jessica Thomas, Jason Hamlett (Danielle), Amanda Moore (Scott), Christopher Madden, Charity Madden, David Burgess, Michael Porter (Jenna) and Leroy Porter; and her siblings, Lucy Martin and Robert Shafer (Dora). She is also survived by 28 grandchildren and was blessed with many great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 19th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Michigan Memorial Funeral Home (30895 W Huron River Dr, Flat Rock, MI 48134). A funeral service was held on Friday, September 20th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Michigan Memorial Park.
