It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Timothy Katona (Belleville, Michigan), born in Ypsilanti, Michigan, who passed away on July 12, 2024, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. Though Timothy may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Timothy touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. He was predeceased by: his father John Katona; and his brother-in-law Michael Melton. He is survived by: his mother Charlotte Anton (Cornell) of Belleville, MI; his wife Cynthia Katona of Sumpter Twp; and his sister Pamela Melton of Belleville, MI. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews, cousins, neighbors and friends.
