He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Woods McKelvey and Doretha McKelvey (Youngs); his wife Louanna Joy McKelvey (Pitman) of Ypsilanti; his grandson Michael McKelvey; his great grandchild Timothy Richard Moran; and his children-in-law, Matthew Moran and Nancy McKelvey.
He is survived by: his sister Betty Fleming (McKelvey) of Canton, MI; and his children, Cheryll Moran of Central Lake, MI, Kevin McKelvey of West Chester, Brian McKelvey of Belleville, MI and Timothy McKelvey of Belleville, MI. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 8 great-grandchildren, 6 great-great-grandchildren, as well as numerous extended family.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions made to Bethany Bible Church would be appreciated.
