He is survived by: his wife Lillian Edwards; his children, Renee Edwards, James Edwards (Steffine) and Vicki Freese; his sister June Vancleave; and his grandchildren, Clay, Emily, Josh, Miranda, Joe, Aiden, Jake, Sarah, Abby and Gabe. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
