He was predeceased by: his parents, Wallace Cressy and Agnes Cressy (Hanson). He is survived by: his wife Janet; his children, Johanna Mackenzie (Scott) of Romeo, Tayler Cressy of Bellville and Erik Cressy of Wixom; his sister Johanna Cressy of Bellaire; and his grandchildren, Liam, Conner, James and Juliet. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
