He was predeceased by: his parents, Nicholas Ellavich and Mary Ann Ellavich (Hettel). He is survived by: his wife Patricia A. Ellavich (Dery); his children, Dennis Ellavich (Jessica) of Warren, MI and Cheryl Gonzales (Rudy) of Okemos, MI; his grandchildren, Kaylee LaFayette (Nate), Noelle Ellavich, Drew Hoffer, Gabe Hoffer and Jacob Gonzales; and his great grandchild Adleigh LaFayette.
