Florine Engelhardt Obituary

We bid farewell to Florine Engelhardt (Bellaire, Michigan), born in Bay City, Michigan, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on October 2, 2024 at the age of 86. Florine touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, John Engelhardt and Christina Engelhardt (Helmreich); her husband Charles Bliss Sr.; her siblings, Adolph Engelhardt, Richard Engelhardt and Hilda Preston; and her stepson Charles Bliss Jr..

She is survived by: her sister-in-law Ruth Engelhardt; her nieces and nephews, Jean Preston, Kristine France (David), Michael Engelhardt (Julieann), Timothy Engelhardt (Anne) and Kathleen Whaley (Timothy); and her stepchildren, Mark Bliss (Nancy) and Lucinda "Cindy" Monroe. She is also survived by fifteen great-nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Monday, October 14th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Hope Lutheran Church (2680 M-88, Bellaire, MI 49615). A funeral service was held on Monday, October 14th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
