He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Victor Wayne Seaman and Joyce Elaine Pulaski Seaman; his brother-in-law Bill Weiser; his wife Sherry Kay Marshall; his stepdaughter Michelle Rodwell; his sons, Joe Montgomery and David Cupps; and his siblings, Marvin Seaman (Tanya), Gloria Jean, Kathy Brummitt (George), Gladys DeForest (Ken), Cheryl Folker and Stephanie Fodor (Joe). He was also cherished by many nieces & nephews, cousins, and friends.
