He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Salisbury and Dorothy Salisbury; his nephews, Jon and Eric; his parents-in-law, Forest and Elaine Skiver; his brother-in-law Larry; and his niece Missy.

He is survived by: his children, Brian Salisbury (Angela) of Traverse City and Tracy Milligan (Rob) of Mancelona; his granddaughters, Michelle Salisbury, Molly Milligan, Madison Milligan and Melaine Milligan; and his great grandchild Tyler.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to Janell who will disburse them according to Joe's wishes.
