It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Verne L Wilder of Belding, Michigan, born in Lansing, Michigan, who passed away on June 12, 2023, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Iral Wilder and Hazel Wilder (Jewell); his nieces, Carrie Anna Coy and Jeanetta Arnett; his nephew Tim Hodges; and his brother-in-law Dewain Abbott.
He is survived by: his wife Vickie; his children, Jodi Bignall of Belding and Benjamin Wilder (Josephine) of Murfreesboro, TN.; his grandchildren, Katherine Wilder, Mackenzie Payne, Hannah Wilder (Noah Evans), Genasis Sperow, Jasmin Sperow, Cole Bignall, Iral Wilder and Harley Wilder; his great grandchildren, Serenity and Amethyst; and his sisters, Betty Abbott of Lansing, Peggy Stanton of Belding, Virginia Surette (David) of St. Johns, Susan Oleksinski of Carson City and Julia Wilder (Mel Holbrook) of Mt. Pleasant. He is also survived by his family and friends.
