She is survived by: her mother Cindy; the father of her children Brad; her daughters, Brookelyn, Elizabeth, Chelsey, Kassi and Katie; her stepchildren, Brittany and Cherokee; her grandchildren, Ryleigh, Serenitee, Elizabeth, Bentlee, Carter, Gage, Rayve, Chaze and Kaiden; her sister Jessica; her niece Kirsten; and her nephews, Brendon and Trenton.
