Van Mantgem, Jacob, Carrie Van Mantgem, Paula Van Mantgem, Melody Van Mantgem, Kimberly Van Mantgem, Jennifer, Chris Borda, Joel Van Mantgem, Lauren Van Mantgem, Joshua Van Mantgem, Beyra Van Mantgem, Carmen Van Mantgem and Jeremiah Van Mantgem; her grandchildren, Isaiah, Gabriella Borda, Joseph, Nicholas and Georgia Van Mantgem; her siblings, Janice, Gerhard Schuett, Arlen, Ruth Ter Avest, Calvin and Catherine Ter Avest; and her siblings-in-law, Rebecca Dudley-Ter Avest, Gean Greene, Jacob, Mary Van Mantgem, John, Bea Van Mantgem, Mary, Paul Kuiper, Laura, Lee Ray and Rosario Weckman. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
