He is survived by: his stepfather Normajean Lazarus (Stephen) of Belding; his grandmother Diana Kent of Greenville; his sisters, April Nelson and Alisha Nelson; his stepsiblings, Robert Lazarus of Hudsonville and Linda Lazarus of Wyoming, Michigan; his stepgrandmother Carol Ardis of Ionia; his uncles, Ron Kent (Kim) of Sidney and Ray Kent (Pam) of Charlotte; and his aunt Mabel Kent of Coral.
