He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Magee and Mable Magee (Tingley); and his siblings, Donald Magee, Mary Dean, Doris Mier and Josephine Jepson.
He is survived by: his stepchildren, Doug Walters (Emily) of North Carolina, Royce Walters (Chris) of Saranac, James Hardy (Peggy) of Saranac and Elaine Rios of Belding; and his siblings, Harold Magee of New Mexico and Margaret Reder of Lyons. He is also survived by several step grandchildren and great grandchildren.
