She was predeceased by: her parents, William Wheaton and Margaret Wheaton (Warner); and her husband Ray. She is survived by: her children, Michael Slayton (Deborah) of Belding and Peggy Petrekovich of Howard City; her grandchildren, Shaun Slayton (Katie), Keith Slayton (Bobbi), Shannon Armock (Michael), Andrew Slayton (Ashley), Angela Kerr (Dave), David Petrekovich II (Megan), Karmen Muller (Greg), Nicole Johnson (Tony) and Travis Johnson (Tami); and her brother David Wheaton (Nanetta) of Lyons. She is also survived by many great grandchildren.

Memorials may be given to Hospice of Michigan or Smyrna Bible Church.
