It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phillip R. Putney of Belding, Michigan, born in Lansing, Michigan, who passed away on April 2, 2022, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Putney and Ethelyn Putney (VanBuren). He is survived by: his wife Margaret; his children, Jessica Wiley (Jasen) of Fenwick and Matthew Putney (Kim) of Belding; his grandchildren, Austin, Devin, Lexie, Mattsen and Zacary; his great grandchild Michael; and his siblings, Roger Putney (Carol) of Lyons and Janis Fourman of Crystal.
