He was predeceased by: his mother Lucia A. Cook; his brother Leonard Russell; and his parents-in-law, Ralph and Mildred Wilson. He is survived by: his wife Margaret; his children, Denise, Patti Reglin (Dave), Richard and Shelle Russell; and his grandchildren, Shelle Ashley, Erin, Elle and John. He is also survived by 8 great grandchildren; and several nieces, nephews, cousins; and many dear friends.
